YIELD is a series that explores balance — between control and release, structure and surrender. Each painting begins with a sense of order, which the process is allowed to disrupt. Movement, colour, and accident reshape the work, guiding it toward something less resolved and more alive. The paintings hold tension and uncertainty without trying to resolve them. Rather than offering explanations, they operate as quiet invitations — open spaces for reflection, connection, and presence, where meaning is felt rather than defined. *Because these are paintings — large and textural, I would love for you to experience them in the space.
